Windows Vista vista defraggler bug

hey i have installed defraggler and it can't defrag these files:
SCM.EVM
WMITracing.log

It might be because those sectors are damaged. If you open my computer, right-click on the computer icon and hit properties. Look for tools along the top and then hit error checking. You'll notice a box comes up, tick the check boxes and then schedule a chkdsk. Reboot. This should hopefully find and repair those bad sectors..

He wants you to do a disc check. I would hit the start button, when it brings up your all programs.... along the side it says computer... hit that. When it brings up your discs, right click Local C Disc. Click on properties, then click Tools. The first option should be Error Checking-- Check Now?... Hit that. It may say it can't because disc is in use, do you want to check next time the computer restarts? Check Yes. Turn your computer off, wait, and then turn it back on. It should automatically go into disc checking.

ty for info. my wrong was i pressed click on computer and not my local disk xD
