Windows Vista vista start search program help

Im no longer using the vista taskbar, but i really want to use the start menu search/cmd thing because its the best thing in vista. So I tring to find out a way to invoke it. Tried to make a shortcut targeted at "search-ms:" but that doesn't let me use cmd's ...any help is appreciated.

Oh and my replacement thing is RK launcher.
