I have VMWare workstation on windows 7 with a virtual machine windows 8.
The windows 8 vdmk file was 41GByte.I did a disk cleanup and then the vdmk file was 28Gbyte but the
System volume Information folder on windows 7 growed from 152MB to 9,2Gbyte because of one big file inside it.I don't know whether this file exist before.the name begins with {f43a4793-ac...
I cannot see the folder system volume information in explorer and I have enabled hidden files in explorer

Can I remove this file and how do I remove this file?

To be clear the disk cleanup I did is a disk cleanup of VMWare not a disk cleanup of windows!

I've found the solution.I've removed all the restore points and then I've created a new restore point. Now System information volume is 800Mbyte.
