Windows 7 VPN: how view other hosts in LAN?

hello I installed Cisco AnyConnect and I'm connected to a VPN of my work. Now once connected, how do I display all the hosts in the LAN to which they are connected?

run cmd.exe (in comand prompt) (start>run>cmd) , and enter "net view"
