Windows 7 W7 not recognizing files on Alternate partition when Add/Removing etc...

Hello, I recently installed Windows 7 on a partition that originally had my system files on it, and saved my other partition that had all my personal stuff. Everything went fine, and I can access the files on the non-system partition if I manually got to them through my computer, but when I am trying to uninstall things under "Add/Remove", I can only see things I have installed on the system partition after installing W7.

Any ideas are welcome, thanks!

Well I think if you had program files stored on a separate partition from OS then change the OS you most likely have a bunch of junk left behind. Since you wiped out the old OS why would you expect to see things installed on old OS?
