Windows 7 WEI not working

Hello,

I try to run the windows experience index rating, and I get the following error:

"The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed"
Cannot complete assessment. The assessment or other operation did not complete successfully. This is due to an error being reported fromt he operating system, driver, or other component.

This is a brand new build of Win7 RTM on a new Core i7 socket 1156 system.
