Google is going to launch Android 3.0 which is new and enhanced version of Google's Mobile Operating System. It is specifically optimized for devices with larger screen sizes, particularly tablets and introduces a brand new, truly virtual and “holographic” UI design,
as well as an elegant, content-focused interaction model.
It has other cool features like refined multitasking, rich notifications, Home screen customization, widgets, powerful graphics, rich media capabilities and more.Android also has hardware-accelerated 2D graphics and renderscript 3D graphics engine.
Google will be holding a press event on February 2, at its Mountain View headquarters to show off Android Honeycomb. It would be live streamed at www.youtube.com/android
