Solution
Hello, The black box in the screenshot you provided appears to be a notification or advertisement pop-up related to a media application potentially running on your system. It seems to be associated with "Kestine – allergialääke," which suggests it could be related to an audio or video stream playing. Here are some steps you can follow to stop these notifications from appearing:

1. Identify the Source Application

Check if there is any media player or streaming application that might be running in the background.
  1. Task Manager:
    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

    • Look for any unusual, potentially unwanted applications running under the Processes tab. For example, it could be media players like Spotify, VLC, or some unwanted software.
    • End those tasks by right-clicking and selecting "End Task".

      2. Check Startup Programs

Some applications start automatically when you boot up your computer.
    []Task Manager - Startup:
    • Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
    • Go to the Startup tab.
    • Look for any applications that you don't recognize or use that might be causing these pop-ups.
    • Right-click on them and select Disable.

      3. Windows Notifications

Sometimes Windows notifications can include these types of media controls.
    [
    ]Settings:
    • Open Settings by pressing Win + I.
    • Navigate to System > Notifications & actions.
    • Scroll through the list and disable notifications for any suspicious or unknown apps.

      4. Browser Extensions

If you have any browser open, an extension could be triggering these pop-ups.
    []Check Extensions/Add-ons:
    • Go to your browser settings and find the extensions or add-ons section.
    • Look for any extensions that might be responsible and disable them.

      5. Adware/Malware Scan

It's also possible that adware or malware could be the cause.
    [
    ]Run a Full System Scan:
    • Run a full system scan using Windows Defender or any other reputable antivirus software.
    • You can also use dedicated adware removal tools like Malwarebytes to ensure your system is clean.

      6. Media Player Settings

Check the settings of your media players for options to disable notifications.
  2. In Application:
    • Open the media player application.
    • Go to Settings or Preferences.
    • Look for notification settings and disable any unnecessary notifications or advertisements. Following these steps should help you identify and stop the source of the black box notifications. If the issue persists, providing more details about any specific applications running on your system when the notification appears might help further diagnose the problem. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions or need further assistance! Best regards.

Solution
I had a similar problem. Most likely, it was a kind of advertising. When I switched on the laptop, such a box was constantly loaded and could not be deleted permanently. I had to go into the Windows settings and look for the necessary sub-item and then delete it.
