I said i don't know if my pc is overclokced, i have a PC gamer not laptop, and normally my is build for overclokc but the subject is not here..

My pc is under guarantee, what i should do ?

Ok boot into the bios and click Bios defaults.

Then, go into the Control panel and then the add and remove programs section. Check you don't have anything left installed which could tweak the system.

Let's make sure it isn't Windows thats corrupt. Open an admin command prompt and type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter

Run a chkdsk:

Although you do have some corruption it doesn't look too bad.

Tell me about your system.

Did you build it?

I asked if it was overclocked and you said you wasn't sure, is this because someone else built it for you or did you buy it from the store?

The pc was build by me, for overclock i'm not sure because my processor can activate the turbo mode and my MB have program to auto overclock the CPU and finally the ai suite can overclock too

So i don't know...

Hi Pingo,
well the cpu turbo shouldn't be an issue but I'd turn off the Bios autoclocking. If your overclocking the RAM then stop that means using XMP tables within the Bios too. I noticed XMP 1.3 on a CPU-Z shot and wondered if you were applying an overclock (or the machine was). If this is the case then as I said do stop using the XMP tables or the auto overclock or whatever it is that's doing it.

Pingo just a thought.. Has this issue been happening since you first built the machine or did it start after a while?

ok for example. Your currently running 1333MHz sticks. If you bought sticks rated to go to 1600MHz what you would find when installing them is that they would still be running at 1333MHz. You use the XMP table to set the RAM at the speed that it's built for. So you would change the XMP to suit so that the RAM ends up running at 1600MHz.
As you just have 1333MHz then there is no need to touch the xmp table. It's already set at that speed by default so make sure it's turned off.

I do not know if " xmp " is enabled , I do not know if my ram is 1600mhz , I not know how to disable ..

Please download CPUZ from here.....http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html .... this will give you all the information you need as to your overclocking and what settings are what. Once installed, run it, once opened go through each tab....eg cpu, caches, mainboard, especially your memory tab and so on and take a screen shot of each and post them. Please do this so the BSOD annalist can verify the settings of your system.

Ok so if I read into what you wrote above. You basically built the machine and it crashed from the start yes? If that is the case then you might be looking at a faulty component. The trouble is, you might have a setting enabled which is causing these crashes too. Have you tried researching how to set up your machine properly?

I also checked on your RAM and you have RAM capable of running at 1866MHz!

Yours is running at 1333MHz which shows it isn't set up correctly. You need to enter the Bios and change the XMP setting until the speed is correct.






Did you run any of the scans I asked about in post #23 APART from the SFC scan you did?

Your RAM is set to the incorrect speed.

It's supposed to run at 1866MHz. You have it running at 1333MHz and is probably the reason why it's crashing.

You need to change your settings in the Bios by using xmp profiles. This web page will explain how:

Change the RAM settings and if it still bsod's send me those dump files.

You also need to find someone to set up your computer properly. A good reason your getting these issues is because it's not set up right. Everytime I ask you about something you answer with 'I don't know'. Is there a shop you could take it to or a friend who could help?
