Windows 7 Where do I find "Command Prompt" prgm?

From former Windows XP I know the so-called "Command prompt" terminal.

Where EXACTYL do I find this in Windows 7?

I searched now for a while but did not found it.

Press CTRL+R and then type in CMD and then hit the big ENTER button on your keyboard.

Just to make a small correction, hold the "Windows button", which is next to the Ctrl or Fn orAlt button depending on the keyboard configuration and press R as stated above.

So Windows Button + R and then type CMD
