Windows 7 Which compatibility Windows should i take?

As I have started my new vendor Nitech Stainless Inc, please suggest me the best and fastest window (windows 7 or windows 10)

Well Windows 7 is out of support so using it would be a sure fire way of getting compromised. Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 are your options currently. Windows 8.1 has support until 2023. Be aware that with Windows 10 each build has it's own EOL date as well, so if you're using Home or Pro you need to be upgrading every every 18 months while the Enterprise editions (specifically the fall releases have 30 months of support) making them ideal for businesses.
