Which Notebook is better?

Which one should i buy?

HP 655:

CPU: AMD Dual-Core E1-Series 1400 mhz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7310
Hard Drive size: 500 GB
RAM: 4 GB DDR3

or :

Acer Aspire:

CPU:Intel Core i3 2.40GHz
GPU:Intel HD Graphics 3000
Hard Drive size: 500 GB
RAM: 4 GB DDR3

Which is better for performance like games and video editing , btw i dont want to play games at maximum settings .

Neither of those systems will give you great performance with 3D games, however the processor is better on the second one (quad core, 2.4 GHz vs 1.4 GHz dual core with the AMD) so I'd go with that for video editing. The 3000 series is a major step down from the 4000 series HD graphics, so don't expect to be playing many games.

I repeat myself from other Forums: I recommend to contact a local seller who builds computers independently. That way you can affect the build plus you get a personal relationship to the builder = future needs are easily satisfied. Not perhaps the cheapest solution, but certainly a lasting one. At least, I'm very happy with this - I get free support on phone, all works fine.

i like hp, good screen size, 750gb hard drive etc: Link Removed
desktops are best built from scratch, but a notebook is tightly packed together, i prefer the factory warranty, original equipment, etc. from a good manufacturer.
