which version is better for a person who have never use linux?

can you tell me which version is very user-friendly for using Linux?

Linux Mint. I am also a beginner and just starting.
But you can download different versions now, which all come with the "Live" feature, You can boot them up first, with no installation obligation, and see what you think. (a bit slower, of course, running from a device)

I have been a Linux user since 2006. I have tried different versions (Ubuntu, Mint, CentOS, Fedora, currently using Debian). My recommendation for you is either Linux Mint, Manjaro or Solus.

All the distros mentioned are perfectly fine. To be honest just about any one of them should work for someone new to Linux save for Arch, Gentoo and Kali.
