Solution cybercore Oct 8, 2010 For each of your browsers and e-mail programs, change the encoding to Western (ISO-8859-1), with additional encodings set as Unicode (UTF-16). e.g. FF: Setting up Firefox Web Browsers for Multilingual and Unicode Support
