Windows 7 Window 7 home basic????

How do you put win10 on blank cd through download link. The idea being upgrade from window basic to win10 I bought a upgrade so first I activate my home basic then go to download link set win10 on blank cd boot up and put in upgrade key. Right? Right?

Is there some reason why you want to avoid performing an in-place upgrade of your Windows 7 Home Basic to Windows 10 Home?
It's free and does not require a purchase of an upgrade.
After the upgrade and the Win 10 installation is activated, if you wish you can perform a clean install and again, no product key should be required.

The installation media can be obtained through either of these two resources.

Once you have the ISO, you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD or Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive, either of which you can use to boot your computer.
