Windows 10 Windows 10 and flash player?

Been trying to get flash to load but stays blank white screen on website using IE!

I believe that IE 11 and above has an integrated flash player and does not require an additional install to view flash enabled sites.
Same with Chrome
Firefox requires an install, don't know about other browsers.

Trouble is correct. Built in Flash.
