So I've been trying to restore my computer fully for days now. I used the Windows 7 Backup method about a week ago to backup 3 drives: C: (SATA-Primary), D
SATA), and H
IDE). They were successfully backed up, however restoring them has been a nightmare.
I re-imaged the C: drive back to its original state successfully using a 64-bit Recovery disc. Then using the restoration tool IN windows, I was able after several attempts to restore my Music to the H: drive.
Now my problem is that FKN D: drive!
When I select either "Restore my files from this backup" OR "Restore files for all users of this computer" both options fail to show any FILES in any of the Backup directories. I know they are there, because the space is occupied, and when navigating the zip's you can find the pieces of them scattered.
How am I supposed to help this stupid restore tool actually find them and not just the folders?!
