Windows 7 Windows 7 Build 7100 + Taskbar and Startmenu not transparent/styled

I upgraded from vista.... and the aero theme is active as u can see the transparent bars.

lol, either svchost was corrupted during install, or your video card driver is messed up. I would think that it's probably the former, since upgrading from Vista gave me a ton of problems when compared to how it worked when I did a clean install, but check your video card drivers just in case...
