Hi,
Please note this is Excel 2007
We have a user who is working on an Excel Spreadsheet and when he saves this it changes the links (The ones that are linked to other spreadsheets) to the same network location but through a different path. This is causing an issue as the file it is linked to is updated in our H: drive then the spreadsheet will not pick up these changes as it is looking at a copy of the spreadsheet in the san01 file path.
The link is being changed from the mapped network H: drive which is H:/WP.... to san01/data01....
We have given the user same access rights to the folders as other users and checked the Excel settings and they mirror the other users settings.
He uses a RDP session to remote from his machine to a machine in another room to access the spreadsheets.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.,
Dan
