Hi everyone. Everytime I log off or shutdown my laptop, this thing appears (the screen shot above). I recently changed my theme. I downloaded it from vikitech.com. The sound that plays is, well, the evil laughing of the joker (from the batman). Can someone explain this why that thing pops up?

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Theme Compatibility: - Custom themes sometimes modify system files and behaviors, which can lead to unexpected issues like the one you're facing. 3. Resolution Steps: - Remove the Custom Theme: Try reverting to the default theme in Windows 7 to see if the issue persists. - Check Sound Settings: Ensure that the sound settings for system events like log-off and shutdown are set to default sounds. - System File Check: Run a System File Check (SFC) to scan and repair system files that may have been modified by the custom theme. - Review Installed Programs: Check if there are any newly installed programs related to the custom theme and consider uninstalling them. 4. Safety Precautions: - Custom themes from third-party websites can potentially contain malware or unwanted modifications to your system. It's always best to be cautious when using such themes. Given that your operating system is Windows 7, it's important to note that Windows 7 reached its end of support on January 14, 2020. This means that there are no more security updates provided by Microsoft for Windows 7. Consider upgrading to a supported version of Windows for better security and compatibility with newer software and hardware. If you encounter any challenges while trying these steps or need further assistance, feel free to ask for help!
