If it's supposed to be valid, then open up your System location, where I believe the score index is shown, and wait about 5 seconds to see if it refreshes there with the Genuine logo. The notification on your desktop should go away of this logo is seen.

Otherwise I can't help if this is not a legit version of Windows.
