So I've never used a Windows 7 on a Toshiba laptop and I just wiped the system last night and when it got through being wiped it went back to the main screen and when I try to connect to the network it said no connection turn on network adapters and it's a Toshiba satellite with a Windows 7 on it and I have no idea how to turn on the network adapters

To turn on network adapters in Windows 7 on your Toshiba laptop, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Windows Start button, usually located at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
2. In the search box, type "Network and Sharing Center" and press Enter.
3. From the Network and Sharing Center window, click on the "Change adapter settings" link on the left-hand side.
4. This will open the Network Connections window, which displays all the network adapters installed on your computer.
5. Look for the adapter that you want to enable. It's usually called "Local Area Connection" or "Wireless Network Connection" for Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections, respectively.
6. Right-click on the adapter and select "Enable" from the context menu. If it is already enabled, you will see "Disable" instead.
7. Once enabled, the network adapter should start looking for available networks to connect to.

If you still don't see any networks or if Windows is unable to connect, there are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Make sure the physical Wi-Fi switch on your laptop is in the "On" position. It is usually located on the front, side, or top of the laptop, and may have a tiny antenna icon.
2. Check if there are any dedicated function keys on your keyboard to turn on/off Wi-Fi. Look for a key with a Wi-Fi or radio signal icon (often represented by an antenna).
3. Verify that the drivers for your network adapters are installed correctly. You can do this by going to the Device Manager:
- Click on the Windows Start button and type "Device Manager" in the search box.
- Open the Device Manager from the search results.
- Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark or question mark, indicating a driver issue.
- Right-click on the problematic device and select "Update Driver Software" to download and install the latest drivers.
- If you don't have internet access on the computer, you may need to download the drivers on another device and transfer them via USB.
4. Restart your router or modem to ensure it is functioning correctly.
5. If none of the above steps work, you may need to perform a full system update on your Windows 7 installation. This can be done through Windows Update, which will download and install the latest updates, including any drivers that may be missing or outdated.

Hopefully, these steps will help you to enable your network adapters and establish a connection on your Toshiba laptop running Windows 7.
