I suppose it makes a difference if you purchase it from the US website or the Australian one. When you order, set your billing address in the US and your shipping address to Australia... It might cost a penny more, but in regards to the alternative of possibly paying more in Australia, you can't beat a good deal.

Check on the Microsoft website and see.

You can try - but I expect the automated credit card check will reveal a different billing address.
