Have you contacted your service provider for the correct driver download and procedure?

U mean samsung tech support? I havent yet. I tried several options, since ive done some digging. Still the problem came back.
1. I did uninstall the OS
2. delete the registry keys
3. Install a new DRIVER, still the same problem
