Windows 8 Windows 8.1 Wavemaxx audio problem

Hello there I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3521 with Windows 8.1 and I can't change the Configuration of the audio in Wavemaxx, I have the most recent driver on Realtek High Definition Audio Version 6.0.1.7628 and I want to change the settings from Stereo to 5.1 because I have a set of Logitech z506 Surround Sound Speaker System.

It didn't help, because thats a desktop and I have a laptop, I'm still unable to change the configuration
