Windows 8 Windows 8.1 x64 Corrupted system files

I ran the SFC tool after my computer crashed while gaming online. I received the following error message.

Cannot repair member file [l:24{12}]"utc.app.json" of Microsoft-Windows-Unified-Telemetry-Client, Version = 6.3.9600.17747, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch
and
Cannot repair member file [l:66{33}]"telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json" of Microsoft-Windows-Unified-Telemetry-Client, Version = 6.3.9600.17747, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch

afterwards the repair attempt yielded this message

Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:520{260},l:114{57}]"\??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Diagnosis\DownloadedSettings"\[l:24{12}]"utc.app.json"; source file in store is also corrupted

and

Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:520{260},l:114{57}]"\??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Diagnosis\DownloadedSettings"\[l:66{33}]"telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json"; source file in store is also corrupted

Where can I find the system files to correct this problem? The sfcdetails file is attached. System info attached.

The source files are missing/ corrupted… I suspect the 8.1 upgrade but there are several possible causes. You can run an online scan if your internet is up to the task or point the thing at a install.wim file if you have a server… a re-install of Windows is both the most drastic/ reliable fix.

1. How many crashes?
2. How long have you had it and what anti-v program are you running?

I'm with ussnorway on this one.
Whenever I see a problem that mentions .json (JavaScript Object Notation File) I think ..... malware.
Have you thoroughly scanned the device?

Eset online scanner is a bit different than the others in that you need to either use
IE or download and run their smart installer if you're using another browser. Then tick
the radio button that says "Enable detection of potentiall unwanted application"
Then click the link that says "Advanced settings", then check all the boxes except the
one that mentions "Use custom proxy settings", unless of course you're using a Proxy
Server. Then just click "Start", it will do a thorough system scan so it takes a long
time.

I don't check the links above everyday, so if you have any problem with any one of them then just Google for the program name but use the site names that I have recommended since I'm relatively certain they are free of extraneous garbage.
