Hi,
My system is restating daily 5-6 times with error
"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 "
CPU : Core 2 Quad 9300
Motherbaord : Ausu p5q pro
RAM : 6 GB, Kingston 2 DIMM(1 GB), Corsair 2 DIMM (2) DDR2
Hard Drive : 5, 1 PATA & 4 SATA
Graphic Card : Radon HD 6670
BSOD also shows : driver_irql_not_less_or_equal netio.sys
I have updated all the drivers

For the most part your dump files are indicating network issues associated with what is likely a very old driver for your Network Interface Card.

Your first step is to identify which specific network card you have installed and the chipset it is using..... Likely one of these (Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller).
You can Link Removed
and see if they have a compatible driver for your current Operating System.
If not then you are likely looking at purchasing something a bit more up to date that will and replacing the existing one with a new one.
