Windows says it's already activated, but I decided to try anyway. Followed your instructions, went with the phone prompts, used the smartphone app they linked me to, then after entering the info it said it was not a valid product (wth!) see screen shot. Also attached the thing you asked for.. I don't know if it's possible for me to actually "call" microsoft and get some "support" but it's the only thing I can think of at this point.
