The above was what I found as error in the windows crash log.

Its not BSOD my laptop just shutsdown unexpectedlyl without any direct indication of an error.
I manually opened the event viewer to see the crash log but couldn't make sense of anything there.

I would wager either a heating problem or power problem then. More likely heat if the timing is consistent.

Power could also be as simple as you have the computer set to hibernate in x minutes.

im pretty sure its neither heating nor power problem.
its definitely not hibernating.
im a gamer and keep track of my laptop temperatures and its really in the normal range.
i use an external monitor only and keep my laptop screen off and i have a gut feeling its some software problem. (something is defintely crashing)

Did you look at your power config?

powercfg /q

Also when it shuts off does it looks like a normal shutdown process or does it just power off instantly?

Ok so what happens is my monitor goes black after some idle time (as set in power options after few idle min the screen turns off)
It isn't sleep just blanked out. because my keyboard rgb is still on.

Now if i try to wakeup my system by pressing some keyboard keys then it doesnt wakeup and in like 30 sec the rgb turns off (meaning laptop has shutdown)
Then i have to press power button of laptop to turn it on again.
At no time do i see any sort of error or warning.

Here is output of powercfg /q

You have turn hard drive off in 30 seconds ( basically sleep) and you have hybrid sleep with is a combo of sleep and hibernate. Some devices such as keyboards and mice don't support sleep so they power off (making it a bit difficult to wake the system) Turn off the hard disk shut off and hybrid sleep and you should be good

Not quite the same. From an elevated prompt you should be able to run these

powercfg /SETACVALUEINDEX 381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e 238c9fa8-0aad-41ed-83f4-97be242c8f20 94ac6d29-73ce-41a6-809f-6363ba21b47e 0

Then rerun powercfg /q to verify it's off ( 0 )

It still turned off again : (

Another observation.
I connected a bluetooth speaker to my laptop. So when the laptop went to sleep it was still connected.
When i pressed the keyboard keys to try waking up the laptop, after 30-40 sec the speaker disconnected and rgb turned off meaning that it was this point when the laptop shutdown. And then it automatically restarts.

is there a 3rd party software running one of the devices mouse, keyboard etc ... something that runs in the background and is programable?
