i'm looking for a tutorial on how to move the command bar / folder band from the top of windows explorer to the bottom of it. i normally have the details pane on top and the command bar / folder band on the bottom, but i installed a new icon pack that put both back to their default locations. i know how to fix the details pane, but not the other. the site that does have a thread on how to do it has changed the amount of post you have to have to 20 to be able to see any post in the section that thread is in, and to be perfectly frank they don't have enough threads worth commenting in to reach 20 post. for those that do not know what the command bar / folder band i have included a image below. thanks in advance for any help.
