Windows 7 windows has recovered from unexpected shutdown?

so my computer has been acting different lately, it's been having a weirder time with sleep mode, and a couple times when i just shut it off when I start it back up, I get that message saying it didn't shut off correctly? When I shut it off normally.
so this has happened for different instances.
I'm pretty sure once I put it in sleep mode then when I came back to it I had to turn it on.
And that was a time also I got the error message.

Processor: AMD athlon 64 processor 3500+ 2.20 ghz
ram: 2 gigs
32 bit os

for the record, I have not actually seen it go blue screen from this. even though that's what the message box says.

1. The causer of your crashes is a bunch of old drivers hardly compattible with Windows 7, particularly the old driver of Netgear Neutral Wireless Solution, update it:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000001, bitfield :
	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 82ca51b9, address which referenced memory

thanks alot! really appreciate it. should I remove the old drivers first then install the new ones? and can I just remove the neutral wireless solutions driver?(general ndis protocol driver) I don't know what it's there for and can't think of what to replace it with.

- Yes.

can I just remove the neutral wireless solutions driver?(

- You can uninstall this driver and disable the wireless device if you don't need it to connect to Internet. Otherwise you have to update it or find a replacement for it.

(general ndis protocol driver) I don't know what it's there for and can't think of what to replace it with.

- The Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) is an application programming interface (API) for network interface cards (NICs). This driver services your network card.
