When I try to open "Help and Support" in my Windows 10, I get an explorer error. How can I resolve this?

An image from ''Windows Help and Support' Missing'. Error message stating no program is associated to open the file in explorer.exe.

What path/where did you select "Help and Support"?

Is that a start menu from the released windows 10? Looks nothing like mine??

That looks like classic shell and nothing like the modernui hybrid 10 uses. I'm guessing thats the problem

Solution
I updated to the new version and checked yesterday and there were no new updates. How can I confirm that I have the latest version?

This is what the start button brings up on my right monitor:
