Windows 7 Windows Installer doesnt work properly

When i want to install java i get error 1719
"error 1719. the windows installer service could not be accessed"
IF i try to install adobe flash player i get the error "can not register"

When i run registry booster there are 21 errors i can't fix

Some extensions i recognize from programs i have installed of my pc.
Ive bin searching the web and found a web link on how to reinstall Microsoft installer

methode 1 didn't work and with methode 2 i don't have the permission from TrustedInstaller.

First question, is Registry Booster compatible with Windows 7?

These entries all seem to be associated with media or burning media? Have you uninstalled the programs that use these extensions?

You are trying to install Java and the flash player from within IE? If it is an IE problem, maybe you could check your add-ons and accelerators to see what that situation is. If you want to reset IE back, there is a button under Tools, Internet Options, Advanced Tab. Look at bottom of window for the reset button. Read what it does before you use it.

Also, the link you gives is for XP and 2003 server-----not the same.
