Is anyone having problems with streaming video from the internet?

I keep getting "Internet explorer cannot display the web page" , Diagnose Connection Problems button.

The Diagnose Connection Problems does not come up with any helpful solutions either.

Does anyone know what to do? Is it a problem with IE8? Please help!
