Windows 7 Windows start back immediately after completing hibernate

Hi All,
I'm using a dell vostro laptop with windows 7 home edition. My biggest problem is that, the laptop keeps walking up automatically as soon as hibernate process completes. This is very annoying and the only way I could put my laptop to sleep is by shutting down all apps. Any help here?

Try and isolate which application is causing the computer to re-awake, close them one by one and test.
