I've created Windows to GO disk, and I have a problem on some computers. After start booting I get message "A read disk error occured Press ctrl+alt+delete to restart". On some computers the portable os is running without problems.

Solution
Where did you get the W10 ISO file from? I mean what website, exactly? Some ISO file sources are better than others, compatibility-wise.
It's always best to use the MCT tool from the Microsoft site. Also, as Neem points out, newer computers with protected BIOSes need to be changed temporarily in order to boot from any kind of external media (optical disc, or usb drive).

How is the USB formatted (File system and partition scheme)?
On the systems that it works on what boot mode are they in UEFI, Legacy or Hybrid?
Same as above for systems it will not boot on?
