What anyone who wants to install E11 into Windows 7 should know.....
1. Always use the Official Microsoft Download Center

2. You must have SP1 ( service pack 1 ) installed before you can have IE11. That's the minimum requirement.
3. Choose the language you want.
4. At the link I posted above, click open and read the simple Install Instructions.
5. Click the Download button and follow the simple instructions.
