Its really ridiculous I'm not sure what to do. I can't update my drivers because when I try it crashes I can't even reset it because it crashes at about 30% every time.

What should I do its a custom built computer

If you have windows 10 on disk or usb then you could boot from that and try a repair or if worst comes to the worst a clean install.
