the above dmp file is pointing to Norton AV as a possible culprit and is known to cause issues from time to time. Please uninstall using this removal tool:

Just used Defender and Malwarebytes as these don't conflict and will pretty much catch anything Norton can:

Unfortunately I cannot uninstall NAV (symantec endpoint protection), as the system is on a domain that pushes out this antivirus to all clients. Well, maybe I could temporarily uninstall just to see if it makes a difference. The domain controllers and SEP will eventually complain.
I will do the suggested BIOS and GPU updates and report back. Thanks again.
