Windows 7 Random BSOD Please Help!

Can anybody let me know what to do?

If you know that is the driver, check the manufacturers website to see if there is a newer one. Maybe try the update driver function in Device Manager.

update I narrowed it down to SynTP.sys
do I uninstall and reinstall please help
