Here is a "it just worked" experience. Lenovo T500 W7 Pro-64, Intel Chipset updated to V8.15.10.2226 GM45 Driver and a ViewSonic 24" monitor. Plugged the monitor into my 2504 mini dock D-SUB port, powered it up, booted W7 and everything just came up. Put the T500 display in standby mode, adjusted resolution (1920 x 1080) on the wide screen, closed the lid on the T500 and away we went. My eyesight is suddenly much better!:D

Hello there my fellow North Carolinian, glad to here your eye sight is much better now, albeit from the new monitor...lol.

BobHelms - did you get one of the new LED ViewSonic monitors? I have a 22" (actually 21.5") and I love it.

Best thing for my eyes since I got multi-focal RGP contact lenses.
