i have "uknown device" in my comp. i try to download all vista driver from hp.com.nothing work.try to do search from the internet dident find.

It said Biometric Devices, so I would think you my have a fingerprint reader on your PC.

Have you installed this driver for your Finger print reader, here is the link for the Vista X64
