Well, it’s not the wireless MS mouse as I switched and the problem still exists. I’m using MS Office 2016 which seems kinda buggy as I’ve had odd problems in Excel since I installed some time ago. But the scrolling also happens when I’m on Facebook. I’ll do some research on both and see if it’s software bug or driver.
