Steps to Use TPM on Windows 7:​

• Enable TPM in BIOS:
• Restart your computer and enter the BIOS settings.
• Look for the TPM setting and enable it. Save changes and exit BIOS.
• Initialize TPM in Windows:
• Press the Windows Key + R, type tpm.msc, and press Enter.
• Click on "Initialize TPM" to start the initialization process.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initialization.
• Take Ownership of TPM:
• After initialization, you need to take ownership of the TPM.
• In the TPM Management Console, click on "Change Owner Password" and set the owner password.
• Enable BitLocker:
• BitLocker is a drive encryption feature that uses TPM for enhanced security.
• Open the Control Panel, and click on "BitLocker Drive Encryption".
• Follow the instructions to enable BitLocker on your desired drives.
• Manage TPM:
• You can manage your TPM settings in the TPM Management Console.
• Here, you can change the owner password, clear TPM, or update settings.
