Some legacy applications such as MS Publisher 2002 (just one example} are not scaling correctly when viewed on my 4K monitor. Fonts are so small and very difficult to read?

If I change the screen resolution each time the program will view normally. But, too cumbersome to do each time running the program.

Any fix or workaround?

There's a hack you can try - right click to set an option under the program options. I just did it on PS CS5.

Try this: right click on desktop background and select 'Display settings', once there find 'Change the size of text...' and make it say 200% or more.

Bochane - that works for the UI (the "desktop" you're viewing) but not always for the the programs.
