Have my backup destination selected, free and total space is displayed, DVD+RW inserted, but the 'next' button is not highlighted...it just sits there, I can't select any more options or continue. Knowing me, I probably overlooked something simple. Any help very much appreciated. Thanks, Larry (Windows 7, IE9, Toshiba C655 laptop)

Are using Backup and Restore to create an image, or the file backup utility?

If you are backing up an image, my system has the next button highlighted even if no media is in the drive. But I may be cheating since I do have another drive it sees that it can use.

But if you take the media out, does the button highlight? I was wondering if the formatting was not correct on the DVD.
