Is there a way to block youtube search results from coming up in search engine results. I understand how to block sites through the host file. But I want to be able to block youtube videos from playing in the results. Thanks

When you say "playing in the results" where are you seeing that happen? On Google.com itself or? You could theoretically block youtube in the HOSTS file, but it could cause you some issues down the road.
