I run Bluetooth Creative T30 Wireless speakers from my Windows 10 HP notebook computer. However, when I boot the computer from shutdown the speakers stop working. Somehow, the output device changes from T30 to Speaker/Headphone High Definition Audio. I have to go into Bluetooth and Other settings and delete and re-search for the T30 device. It's a pain to have to do this every time I boot from shutdown. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop this? Also this happens on re-start, but not coming out of sleep.

I've come across your issue a bunch of times and honestly not sure what to tell you that you haven't already done. I just got some Link Removed and called it a day.
