Hi. I'm trying to access Safe Mode.

I'm accessing the Advanced Startup Options screen (by Shift + Restart) but the only option there is "Turn off the computer". I also tried pressing F8 during boot but that also didn't work.

I remember Safe Mode showing up as an option 2 or 3 weeks ago. What could have happened and how could I fix it?
