I cant figure out for the life of me what is going on. i have windows 7 home 64 bit. i cant wake the computer up with mouse movement. i have tried enabling USB in the bios and in windows power management. Please help!!!

Try Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager -> Right-click your usb device -> Properties -> Power management tab -> Allow this device to wake the computer
